Physical shipping services are only available upon specific request from customers — no paper materials will be sent proactively.

Digital delivery ensures instant access to route information, avoids international shipping delays, and supports environmental sustainability. You can store the electronic documents in your mobile device or cloud storage for easy reference during travel planning or your trip to China.
2. On-Demand Physical Shipping (Only for Customer-Specific Requests)
Physical shipping services are provided solely when you explicitly request paper materials (e.g., printed route documents for offline reference). Key details of this service:
- Applicable Items: Only paper materials related to your purchased route recommendation service (e.g., printed copies of route plans, physical versions of travel tips guides) — no electronic-only content (such as editable route files) will be converted to physical format beyond basic printing.
- Shipping Method: International postal service (selected based on your destination country’s postal accessibility, delivery speed requirements, and your explicit request).
- Trigger Condition: You must submit a written request via email (trips2cn0904@outlook.com) within 48 hours of confirming your route service purchase, specifying the type of paper material (e.g., “printed route plan + travel tips guide”), your complete overseas shipping address (in English, including postal code), and a valid local contact number.
3. On-Demand Shipping Fees & Timelines
- Fees: Calculated based on the number of printed materials, package weight, destination country, and international postal service standards (e.g., ordinary air mail, registered mail). We will send a detailed fee quote to your email within 24 hours of receiving your request for confirmation — no shipping will be processed without your explicit approval of the quoted fee.
- Timelines: Delivery typically takes 10-20 business days (varies by your destination country’s customs clearance efficiency and local postal service speed). Once the package is dispatched, we will send a tracking number to your registered email, allowing you to check the delivery progress in real time.
4. International Customs & Duties for On-Demand Shipping
Import duties, taxes, or customs fees for the package (if any) are your sole responsibility as the recipient, determined by your country’s customs regulations. We are not liable for:
- Delivery delays caused by customs inspection, customs declaration procedures, or unpaid import fees.
- Package returns or confiscations due to non-compliance with your local country’s import rules for printed materials (e.g., content review requirements).

5. Cancellation of On-Demand Shipping Requests
- You may cancel a shipping request at no cost before we confirm the shipping fee and dispatch the package. To cancel, simply reply to our fee quote email with “Cancellation of Physical Shipping Request” in the subject line, and we will terminate the shipping process immediately.
- Once the package is dispatched (i.e., we have provided the tracking number to you), cancellation is no longer possible. If you refuse to accept the package upon delivery, all return shipping fees, customs charges incurred during return, and handling fees from the postal service will be borne by you. We will not refund the previously confirmed shipping fee in such cases.
