This Shipping Policy applies to all service orders, travel document deliveries, and material distribution services purchased from Shaanxi beautiful holiday travel agency co ltd (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”) via our official inbound tourism website. This policy clarifies the delivery rules, scope, responsibilities, and related provisions of electronic travel vouchers and physical travel materials for all inbound tourism service products.
Please note that our products are intangible inbound tourism service products without physical goods delivery. The “shipping” referred to in this policy exclusively means the delivery of electronic travel documents and the mailing of optional physical service materials. By placing an order and completing payment on our website, you fully agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy.
1. Scope of Delivery Services
We provide two types of delivery services for booked tourism products: electronic document delivery (free of charge for all customers) and physical material mailing (optional paid service). The deliverable materials include but are not limited to travel itinerary confirmation slips, scenic spot voucher receipts, service confirmation letters, travel reminder documents, and customized travel souvenir materials.
Core tourism services such as tour guide services, transportation arrangement, hotel accommodation, and scenic spot admission are on-site delivered services, which do not involve logistics and shipping procedures and are not governed by this shipping policy.
2. Electronic Document Delivery (Default & Free)
2.1 Delivery Method
After your order payment is confirmed and the tourism service reservation is successful, we will deliver all official electronic service documents to your reserved email address for free, including formal order confirmation, official itinerary arrangement, service guarantee statement, and travel prompt notice.
2.2 Delivery Timeline
Electronic documents will be sent within 1-2 working days after successful order payment and reservation confirmation. For urgent orders within 7 days before departure, we will prioritize completing electronic document delivery within 24 hours.
2.3 Customer Responsibilities
You shall correctly fill in your valid email address when placing an order. Please check your email inbox and spam folder regularly. We shall not be responsible for document non-delivery caused by incorrect customer information, email system interception, or failure to check emails in a timely manner. If you do not receive the electronic documents within the specified time, please contact our customer service in time for re-delivery.
3. Physical Material Mailing Service (Optional Paid)
3.1 Service Description
Physical material mailing is an optional value-added service. If you require paper version of travel documents, customized travel materials and other physical items, you can apply for mailing service and pay the corresponding logistics fee and production fee. The specific fee standard shall be subject to the real-time display of the order page.
3.2 Mailing Scope & Cycle
We support global mailing services. All physical materials will be arranged for delivery within 3 working days after order confirmation and successful payment of value-added service fees. The international logistics transportation cycle is 7-20 working days, which is affected by international customs clearance, logistics routes and regional policies.
3.3 Logistics Tracking
After the physical package is delivered, we will send the logistics tracking number and delivery information to your reserved email. You can check the transportation status in real time through the official logistics channel.
4. Delivery Exceptions & Solutions
4.1 Delayed Delivery: For electronic document delays caused by our system reasons, we will complete re-delivery immediately and provide free service adjustment compensation as appropriate. For physical logistics delays caused by third-party logistics, customs clearance, force majeure and other factors, we will actively assist in tracking and solving problems, but will not bear liability for compensation.
4.2 Lost & Damaged Package: If the physical package is lost or damaged during transportation due to our delivery error, we will re-produce and mail the materials for free or provide full refund of the value-added service fee. If the problem is caused by third-party logistics, we will assist customers in claiming compensation from the logistics company.
4.3 Wrong Delivery Address: We will deliver strictly according to the mailing address reserved by you. We will not be responsible for non-delivery, wrong delivery or package loss caused by incorrect or incomplete customer address information.
5. Service Exclusion
All on-site tourism execution services (including guide reception, vehicle picking up, hotel check-in, scenic spot admission, etc.) are completed offline at the travel destination and do not involve shipping and delivery services. No logistics fee, delivery fee or other related charges will be charged for core tourism services.
6. Policy Revision
We reserve the right to update and revise this Shipping Policy at any time according to business development, service adjustment and international logistics rule changes. The revised policy will be published on our official website and take effect immediately. The policy in force at the time of order placement shall prevail for all confirmed orders.
