Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of inbound China tourism services (“Services”) provided by Chengdu Luxi Xianyuan Tourism Development Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”) to overseas tourists (“you”, “user”). By booking or using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Scope of Services
We provide customized inbound China tourism services, including but not limited to:
- Booking assistance for flights, hotels, and scenic spot entries (delivered via electronic documents);
- Curated travel itineraries (editable PDF format sent to your registered email);
- Multilingual customer support for travel-related inquiries;
- On-demand international postal service for printed materials (subject to your explicit request and additional fees, per our Shipping Policy).
We do not provide visa application services or emergency medical/legal assistance (we may recommend third-party providers upon request, but are not liable for their services).
2. Booking & Payment
- Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed only after we send an electronic confirmation email (to trips2cn0904@outlook.com or your registered email) and receive full payment.
- Payment Terms: All payments must be made via our specified international payment methods (e.g., credit cards, PayPal). Partial payments are not accepted unless agreed in writing.
- Price Changes: Quoted prices are valid for 72 hours. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to third-party fee changes (e.g., airline/hotel price hikes) but will notify you before confirming the booking.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations by You: To cancel, email trips2cn0904@outlook.com with your booking reference number. Refund amounts depend on cancellation timing and third-party policies (e.g., airline non-refundable fares):
- 30+ days before travel: 90% refund of total payment (excluding non-refundable third-party fees);
- 15-29 days before travel: 70% refund;
- 7-14 days before travel: 40% refund;
- <7 days before travel: No refund.
- Cancellations by Us: If we cancel your booking due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, policy changes) or our error, we will issue a full refund within 15 business days.
4. User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate information (e.g., passport details, travel dates) for booking; we are not liable for issues caused by incorrect information.
- You are responsible for obtaining valid visas, travel insurance, and complying with China’s entry/exit regulations and local laws during your trip.
- You must check electronic documents (e-tickets, itineraries) upon receipt and notify us of errors within 24 hours; we are not liable for missed trips due to unreported errors.
5. Electronic Documents & Intellectual Property
- Electronic documents (e-tickets, itineraries) are for your personal use only. You may not copy, distribute, or resell them without our written permission.
- We retain ownership of all curated itinerary content. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property (e.g., logo, itinerary templates) is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Our liability is limited to the total payment you made for the Services. We are not liable for indirect losses (e.g., missed business opportunities, emotional distress) or losses caused by third parties (e.g., airline delays).
- We are not responsible for travel disruptions due to your non-compliance with laws, visa issues, or personal emergencies.
7. Amendments to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be posted on our platform and notified via email. Your continued use of Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
8. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation first; if unsuccessful, they will be submitted to the people’s court of Tianfu New Area, Chengdu.
