Physical shipping services are only available upon specific request from customers — no paper materials will be sent proactively.

All travel-related information and documents are delivered exclusively via electronic format to your registered email address immediately after booking confirmation, including but not limited to:

- Scenic spot e-tickets and entry vouchers
- Travel itineraries (editable PDF format with daily schedules, attraction details, and local contacts)
Digital delivery ensures instant access, avoids international shipping delays, and supports environmental sustainability.
2. On-Demand Physical Shipping (Only for Customer-Specific Requests)
Physical shipping services are provided solely when you explicitly request paper materials (e.g., printed itineraries for reference). Key details of this service:
- Applicable Items: Only paper materials related to your booking (e.g., printed travel itineraries, no essential documents like tickets).
- Shipping Method: International postal service (selected based on your destination’s postal accessibility and your request).
- Trigger Condition: You must submit a written request via email (trips2cn0904@outlook.com) within 48 hours of booking, specifying the type of paper material, your overseas shipping address (in English), and contact number.
3. On-Demand Shipping Fees & Timelines
- Fees: Calculated based on package weight, destination country, and international postal service standards. We will send a fee quote to your email for confirmation before shipping — no shipping will be processed without your approval.
- Timelines: 10-20 business days (varies by destination’s customs clearance efficiency and postal service speed). We will provide a tracking number via email once the package is dispatched.
4. International Customs & Duties for On-Demand Shipping
Import duties, taxes, or customs fees for the package are your sole responsibility as the recipient, determined by your country’s customs regulations. We are not liable for:
- Delays caused by customs inspection or unpaid fees
- Package returns due to non-compliance with local import rules

5. Cancellation of On-Demand Shipping Requests
- You may cancel a shipping request before we confirm the fee and dispatch the package by replying to our fee quote email. No cancellation fees apply.
- Once the package is dispatched, cancellation is not possible. You may refuse delivery upon receipt, but all return shipping fees and customs charges will be borne by you.
