Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of domestic China tourism route recommendation services (“Services”) provided by Chengdu Wanyijie Technology Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”) to tourists (“you”, “user”). By purchasing or using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Scope of Services
We provide customized domestic China tourism route recommendation services, including but not limited to:
- Curated domestic tourism route plans (delivered in editable PDF format to your registered email), covering recommendations of scenic spots, travel routes, local catering and cultural experience spots based on your travel preferences, duration and budget;
- Multilingual customer support for inquiries related to domestic tourism route recommendations (e.g., clarification of route details, adjustment suggestions for travel plans);
- On-demand international postal service for printed versions of route recommendation materials (subject to your explicit request and additional fees, per our Shipping Policy).
We do not provide online booking services for air tickets, hotels, scenic spot entries or other travel-related products. We also do not undertake payment collection or settlement for air tickets, hotels or other third-party travel products. You shall independently contact relevant service providers to complete booking and payment for such products.
2. Service Purchase & Payment
- Service Confirmation: Your purchase of the route recommendation service is confirmed only after we send an electronic confirmation email (to trips2cn0904@outlook.com or your registered email) and receive the full route recommendation fee (hereinafter referred to as “Service Fee”).
- Payment Terms: All Service Fees must be made via our specified payment methods (e.g., credit cards, PayPal). Partial payments are not accepted unless agreed in writing by both parties.
- Price Validity: The quoted Service Fee is valid for 72 hours from the time of quotation. We reserve the right to adjust the Service Fee based on changes in service costs (e.g., increases in labor costs for route research) but will notify you in writing before confirming the service purchase.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations by You: To cancel the purchased route recommendation service, you shall send an email to trips2cn0904@outlook.com with your service order number. The refund amount of the Service Fee depends on the cancellation timing and the progress of service provision:
- If cancellation is made before we start drafting the route recommendation plan: 100% refund of the Service Fee;
- If cancellation is made after we start drafting but before the route recommendation plan is delivered: 60% refund of the Service Fee (to cover the labor costs incurred for preliminary research and drafting);
- If cancellation is made after the route recommendation plan is delivered to you: No refund of the Service Fee.
- Cancellations by Us: If we need to cancel the service due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, major policy adjustments affecting domestic travel routes) or our own errors, we will issue a full refund of the Service Fee within 15 business days and notify you in writing.
4. User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate information (e.g., travel time, number of travelers, budget range, preference for scenic spot types) for the route recommendation service; we are not liable for inappropriate route recommendations caused by your provision of incorrect or incomplete information.
- You are responsible for independently completing the booking and payment of air tickets, hotels, scenic spot entries and other travel-related products, and complying with China’s domestic travel regulations, local laws and the terms of service of third-party service providers (e.g., hotel check-in rules, scenic spot opening hours) during your trip.
- You must check the route recommendation plan upon receipt and notify us of any errors or inconsistencies with your previously confirmed requirements within 24 hours; we will make reasonable adjustments free of charge. We are not liable for travel disruptions caused by unreported errors or your failure to adjust the plan according to actual conditions.
5. Recommendation Materials & Intellectual Property
- The route recommendation materials (including but not limited to PDF route plans, scenic spot introduction documents) provided by us are for your personal travel use only. You may not copy, distribute, resell or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
- We retain ownership of all intellectual property rights of the curated route recommendation content (e.g., route planning framework, exclusive scenic spot combination schemes, self-developed recommendation templates) and our corporate logo. Unauthorized use, reproduction or modification of the above intellectual property is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Our liability for the service is limited to the total Service Fee you paid. We are not liable for indirect losses (e.g., missed travel opportunities, business losses, emotional distress) or losses caused by third-party service providers (e.g., flight delays, hotel service failures, scenic spot closures).
- We are not responsible for travel disruptions caused by your non-compliance with laws, problems in the booking/payment of third-party travel products, personal emergencies or changes in objective conditions (e.g., weather changes affecting scenic spot visits) that are beyond our control.
7. Amendments to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically according to business adjustments or changes in relevant laws. The updated Terms will be posted on our official platform and notified to you via the registered email. Your continued use of our services after the update of the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
8. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between the two parties; if the negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the People’s Court of Tianfu New Area, Chengdu for settlement.
