No refund will be given for any consumed service items.<\/p> For customized exclusive inbound tour services formulated according to your personal requirements, once the itinerary is confirmed and the service arrangement is started (including resource reservation, ticket booking, and personnel scheduling), if you initiate cancellation, all incurred fixed costs (including but not limited to scenic spot reservation fees, vehicle charter fees, guide service deposit, and hotel prepayment) will be deducted, and only the unoccupied variable service fees can be refunded.<\/p> For group tour products, individual member cancellation will not affect the group service arrangement.
